The timeframe varies based on location. Orders processed here typically arrive in 5-7 business days. International deliveries may take 7-12 days. You will receive delivery specifics in your confirmation email.

It can be difficult to envision how your neon sign will appear in reality. If you're uncertain about the color choice or the best fit for your space, our designers will provide a mock-up for your approval before finalizing the design.

Yes, we offer outdoor signs! If you need one, please mention in your order that it's for outdoor use. These signs are made with special materials and come with a unique power supply. Note that dimmers cannot be used, and avoid placing the sign on metal structures to prevent overheating. Always protect the sign from extreme weather.

We provide a 2-year warranty for all our LED neon signs. This warranty does not cover damages from improper installation or physical damage incurred during use. If you encounter any issues with your signs, please reach out to us. We are committed to finding the best solution for you!
