Our On-time Delivery Insurance(Shipping Protection) is designed for this purpose. We have collaborated with logistics companies and relevant customs authorities to establish a dedicated fast-track customs declaration and approval channel for the customized products of our website customers. For customers who purchase this insurance, we guarantee on-time delivery within the agreed timeframe. If delivery fails, we will provide a refund. We also promise refunds for damaged or lost products during transportation, or delays in import customs clearance.
Note: For customers who do not purchase this insurance, we will not compensate or refund for losses, damages, or delays caused by customs inspections. Additionally, if package damage or loss is caused by customer loss, logistics provider negligence, or strict customs inspections, we will assist customers in claiming compensation with logistics providers (e.g., DHL, UPS, FedEx), but customers shall directly pursue claims with the respective logistics companies.
