Due to the holiday, Express Shipping & Rush Order will be unavailable from Jan 20 to Feb 5, 2025, and will resume as normal on Feb 6.

Free Shipping delivery time will be adjusted from 9-12 days to 9-18 business days during the holiday.

For Germany, Hungary, and New Zealand, delivery times during the holiday will be adjusted to 20 business days.

SHIPPING POLICY

We offer free shipping worldwide* for orders above $69. For some Islands or difficult access territories some extra charges can be applied.
Shipment will be carried out by our logistics partners DHL Express, Fedex, UPS.
All deliveries sent by NeonsignLife® are insured against theft and accidental damage. We ship worldwide.
We ask for your understanding that we cannot deliver to PO boxes. For partial shipments, the shipping cost will be charged only once.

Most orders are custom made. In general:

Free Shipping takes 9 - 12 Bussiness days to produce and deliver your beautiful piece after payment.

Depending on the demand, we also offer:

"Express Shipping", Delivered Within 6 - 9 Business Days ( $89.00)
"Rush Order", Delivered Within 4 - 6 Business Days ($169.00), Contact us to make sure the date.

for an extra charge which can be selected at checkout.

Our customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

The shipping costs refer to the neon installations from the online configurator. For other installations, shipping costs may arise, depending on the form and size.
